Description

On a magical site steeped in history "of the hills of paradise" (Roman era), our vineyard has been cultivated in cosmoculture® (certified organic) since 1990.
Since 1999, we've been crafting fine wines in a veritable cathedral built of Pont du Gard stone according to the arcitectural rules of the great builders (the golden ratio).
A site, a working method, a unique cellar in honor of wine.
It's an emotional alchemy built around an agricultural system: cosmoculture®.
This method was born in the 90s. It is the brainchild of Alain and Philippe Viret, who applied ancestral and energetic principles to their estate.
It joins the fundamental principles of organic and biodynamic farming and opens up new horizons in bioenergetic principles, with the main aim of providing farmers with solutions to rebalance, reenergize and safeguard living balances and ecosystems.
We produce authentic natural wines, vinified and matured with the greatest respect for living beings and consumers (usually without added sulfites).
Since 2005, Philippe Viret, a pioneer in the reintroduction of Amphora wines, has been vinifying in Dolias. To take his quest even further, he decided, while adding his own personal touch, to go back to the past by taking part in the project to reintroduce Amphora wines. First on the estate and then in France, through a charter and a group of winemakers driven by the same passion and sharing the same strong convictions, within a well-managed agriculture (be it organic, biodynamic or cosmoculture®, as long as the ethics are respected).
All this relentless research is aimed at producing wines of great emotion.

Open every day between 9 am and 5 pm.
Except on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
