Located to the East of the village of Vinsobres and protected from the mistral, it was the ancient possession of the monastery of St. Caesarius of Nyons, historical records show that the locality was once called St. Vincent and renowned for the quality of its wines.
A chapel which no longer exists, was erected in memory of "St. Vincent," the patron saint of winegrowers.
It is in this special place during the 1920s, that the Domaine Saint Vincent was established.
In 2012, the Domaine Saint Vincent became property of the family LESCOCHE.
Now in their capable hands, lies the destiny of this vintage with the ambition to continue the work accomplished and aspire towards an improving quality and renown in the sector.
