Description

The Tiny House has a surface area of 15 m² (length 6 m x width 2.5 m) and includes a well-equipped kitchen area (fridge, gas cooker, microwave, etc.), a sleeping area with 4 single beds (80 cm x 200 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower, toilet, electric heating and air conditioning.

The Tiny House is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with sanitary protocol.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

On site, you can taste and buy our olive products (olive oil, olives, olivade, tapenade).

On the property, depending on the season, you can pick mushrooms, chestnuts, olives, cherries, figs, quinces, blackberries... for your own consumption.

The Tiny House is located on the edge of the "Dolce Via" walking and cycling path (which crosses the property). This 90 km path, laid out in the magnificent Eyrieux Valley, has been voted "Europe's Best Cycle Route of the Year 2020". It's an ideal itinerary for young and old cycle-hiking and cycle-touring enthusiasts alike, not least because of its gentle gradient (less than 2%). The route is dotted with pretty bridges, viaducts and tunnels. You can hire a range of bicycles and rosalies nearby (and mountain bikes can be hired on site).

The Tiny House is also on the banks of the Eyrieux river (which flows through the middle of the property). Swimming (small natural beaches) and fishing are available on site.

In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: canoeing/kayaking on the River Eyrieux, adventure courses, river fishing (Eyrieux, Glueyre, Auzène, Talaron, Dorne, Lac des Collanges, etc.), hiking, village visits (in particular the medieval village of Chalencon, classified as a "Village de Caractère"), etc. You can easily discover the wealth of natural, geological, architectural and gastronomic heritage.

Deposit: 30% of the rental amount.
