Dog treks

Plagne Montalbert

Description

Equipped with a padded belt around the waist and a lanyard about 1.5 m long, you are attached to the dog's harness.
After fitting the harness and equipment, making contact with the dog and a theoretical explanation, the hike can begin (approx. 1h30 walking time).
You'll then get to know and lead your partner, and share with him the efforts and pleasures of the Montalbert trails (altitude 1300m).
The dog will be an ally on the uphills and downhills, a factor of more intense emotions!

A sporting activity in a mountain environment.
Hiking passages on marked trails, +10 km of active walking during the day (picnics to be provided) and +5 km on half-days.

Accessible to families, from age 6 for the youngest.
Children up to 11 years of age are expected to pair up with a parent or child of equivalent age, i.e. linked to a single dog.
Not suitable for pregnant women and/or people with back problems, recent traumas (plaster cast...).

Meeting point is at the kennel, 2 km above the Plagne Montalbert resort on the way to Route des centers.
