You will be welcomed by the ICESWICHT team. The initiation will take place in two stages:
1. Indoor session
The first part, lasting 30 minutes, will be devoted to indoor breathing work. This exercise will prepare you for your first immersion in cold water.
2. Immersion AND/OR snorkeling in the lake
You'll then move on to the lagoon, Lac Bleu de Morillon, where the initiation will continue with your first cold-water immersion.
We look forward to accompanying you in this unique experience!
From Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 March 2025
Opening hours on Saturday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 4 pm. On Sunday between 2 pm and 4 pm.
One price: 5 €.
