Dairy Cooperative - Val Thorens

Come and visit our cheese dairy in Moûtiers to find out how our Beaufort cheese is made, and discover its secret. We've been making Beaufort cheese for nearly 60 years!

All year round, visits are only possible in the mornings from Monday to Friday from 9am. Visits are also possible on Saturday mornings during the winter and summer tourist seasons. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Reservations are required for access to the cheese dairy, as the number of places is limited. For further information, please contact us on 04 79 24 03 65. Guided tours are free of charge.

From 06/07 to 29/08/2024
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 12.15 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 23/11/2024 to 04/05/2025
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7.30 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 7.30 pm.
