Originally from Albiez-Montrond, Perrine has always loved pastry-making. After various professional experiences, she decided to follow her passion in 2022 and set up her own artisan cookie factory in Albiez-le-Jeune. She makes all her cookies by hand, according to the season and her desires. To make them, she favors local ingredients or those from
from organic farming. The essence of her project is pleasure and indulgence.
