Courses and master class - Celti'Cimes
Albiez-Montrond
Internships are not always given in French, if at all. There is often a trainee who understands better and can help you.
Don't forget to bring your recording equipment: it's very useful.
- Initiation: 2 hours per day for 3 days.
- Advanced course: 3 hours per day for 3 days.
Youth multi-instrument course: 3h per day for 3 days. Open to all with at least one year's practice.
Some time before the festival, you will receive scores and recordings of pieces to work on.
Don't forget to indicate your instrument when registering.
The objectives of the workshop: to arrange these tunes, to work on a few elements specific to Irish music, to learn a new tune by ear... And to play in a group!
Since the first edition, sustainable development has been at the heart of the festival organization team's concerns. The cuisine is homemade, and over 90% of it is based on local and/or organic produce. The beer served at the refreshment stand is regional and organic. Vegetarian meals are systematically offered. Paper editions (notably the program) are kept to a minimum, and information is provided as electronically as possible. An effort has also been made on festival merchandising, where promotional T-shirts and industrial screen-printed objects have been abandoned in favor of limited-edition wooden birdhouses.
OuvertureFrom Sunday 27 July to Friday 1st of August.
