After a reminder of the safety rules, we start with short routes, gradually increasing in difficulty and height.
When I'm not climbing, I hydrate or belay the other climbers. After the
session, the medieval village of Saint Montan is well worth a visit.
What to bring
- mid-thigh shorts or tights
- high socks
- 1 litre of water per person
- something to nibble on
We provide you with :
- Harness
- Slippers
- helmet
- Charlotte for helmet
- Ropes
- Carabiners and descenders
- the instructor and good humour
