Patrick Agnellet is a pastry chef and Relais Desserts member. Originally from the Aravis region, he works alongside his Chocolatier Pâtissier Louis to express his attachment to the region, his boundless creativity, and his desire, stronger than anything else, to offer comfort and happiness through chocolate sweets and entremets. All you have to do is enter the Annecy boutique and walk through a forest of cocoa trees to realise that, in this world infused with chocolate, imagination inspires and reveals the happy, gourmet identity of Patrick Agnellet.
So, in sweet and colourful creations, generous and just the right amount, elegance invites itself in a chocolate from Annecy® with a singular flavour, crunchy and crunchy pralines to devour in bars or gourmet boxes, unique macaroons, marshmallows, cocoa cigars or small chocolates. Once a local, always a local, you'll find locally-named creations such as Grospiron, Savo'âge®, Reflets du lac, Aravis, Espérance III and, more symbolically, the plum rissoles or pastries from the orchards, the blueberry tart, a Proust's madeleine in homage to Patrick's mother's childhood snacks.
Between chocolate and desserts, take a seat and let yourself be carried away by the whirlwind of a Maison à déguster, an Artisan d'émotion® moment to be savoured like nowhere else.
