Between Annecy and Aix les Bains, in a quiet hamlet of campaign, the owners built 2 bed and breakfast in a former traditional farmhouse refurbished including a cottage (ref. 254001) in joint ownership. Room 1 on the ground floor with terrace area and bedroom 2 upstairs with balcony. Each room has a double bed and a shower room/WC private integrated in the House. Breakfast will be served in the dining room or in the garden trees and flowers. Sitting common area with wood burning stove and TV. Annecy and its Lake 24km, Aix les Bains/Lac du Bourget 30 km. The Semnoz Massif (ski slopes, background, snowshoes) 18km. Base recreation of Rumilly 9 km. Many walks nearby. Booking 2 nights minimum.
