Cheese factory of Drom

Aurélie and Aurélien Perret, a young couple of cheese makers who arrived in 2013, welcome you in their typical workshop, located in the "Dry Valley" of Drom, on the edge of the Revermont.

The Comté cheeses sold in the store are matured on site by Aurélien. In addition to cream, raw butter and white cheeses, the cheese dairy also produces a very surprising cheese from a very old saffron recipe from this corner of the Ain: the Clon.

You can also find Aurélie on Wednesdays under the covered market of Bourg-en-Bresse!

From 01/01 to 31/12, daily.
Store open :
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am 12:30pm / 5pm 7pm
Wednesday the store is closed (on the market of Bourg en Bresse)
- Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm
- Sunday and holidays from 9am to 12pm.
