Whether you're a tourist or a nomadic worker, I offer 2 fully-equipped rooms (one with 1 single bed and the other with 1 double bed - possibility of adding 1 single bed in each room) for rent, by the night or for several days, in a 100 m² single-storey house surrounded by 2000 m² of landscaped grounds (Jacuzzi, swings, deckchairs, tables, chairs, barbecue...).
Communal areas are shared with the host and any other "travelers" (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, outdoor areas).
Ideally located 2 km from an exit on the A49 motorway between Valence (25 km) and Grenoble (50 km), the first ski resorts are just 30 km from the house. You'll also be perfectly placed to discover the many tourist sites in the surrounding area (the Pont-en-Royans hanging houses, the Vercors and its dizzying roads, the Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans paddle-steamer, Saint Antoine l'Abbaye classified as the "most beautiful village in France", the Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval, Romans-sur-Isère with its typical historic center and its Musée international de la Chaussure and the "Marques Avenue" discount shopping mall...).
A hiking trail runs right next to the accommodation, and there are many routes to discover in the surrounding hills and mountains.
The V63 cycle route joining the ViaRhôna is 3 km away.
In the heart of the village of Hostun, you'll find a grocery store, bar, restaurants, bike rental and hairdresser, and a post office is just 500 m from the accommodation. A free Jacuzzi session is included with every night's stay (it's located outside, facing the mountains).
