Izieu
The vines are grown using organic and even biodynamic methods, combining agroforestry and vitipastoralism. By grazing the vines in autumn, the sheep help to maintain the soil and biodiversity.
All the plots are harvested by hand. Denis grows Altesse and Mondeuse grapes from the Buges and Savoyards, as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
