Sustainable tourism

Discovering agroecology on the Domaine Olivier de Serres and the production of farmhouse Picodon, a small goat's cheese proud of its terroir and its appellation, is to promote farming practices that guarantee animal well-being and shape the landscape. . It also means participating in a sustainable mode of consumption that promotes local know-how whose quality is recognized.
