Description

Jaillance Wine Cellar produces AOC (Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die) sweet and dry sparkling wines and still wines AOC Châtillon-en-Diois. Come and taste our range of Jaillance wines. Our wine cellar is open 7 days a week (except on January 1st and December 25th). We sale wines of our own production and of the region.

Together winegrowers, members of the Cave founded in 1950 in Die make the brand Jaillance! Being a cooperative means we are committed to the land and to helping each other. Deeply rooted in the Drômois landscape, Jaillance is THE Clairette de Die and muscat grape specialist!

Sustainable tourism

Jaillance Wine Cooperative is a major business in the region, gathering over 300 members (employees, wine producers, clients and service providers..)

on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 12.30 pm and between 2 pm and 6.30 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.
