Sustainable tourism

We are organic by conviction, which goes beyond just the ingredients. Everything has to be thought through to limit energy expenditure as much as possible, both in production and delivery.
Beer is an energy-intensive product, so it's vital to reduce its environmental impact as much as possible. This is what we constantly strive to do.

La Brasserie des Estives, a microbrewery in the Monts du Cantal, nestled in the heart of the Cézal(l)ier Cantalien, in Allanche.

Since 2017, we've been brewing handcrafted beers as a couple:

organic,
pure malt,
100% natural,
100% passion and
0% concession.

Ouverture

From 01/01 to 31/12/2025, daily.
