Guided tour of the farm lasting about 1 hour: description and history of the family farm, practices and good conduct in relation to the PDO ? Operation of the farm in a short circuit then tasting of the flagship product: confit gizzards with a glass of Bugey Chardonnais, a local product. Reservations required for groups of 10 to 80 people. Possibility of making roast Bresse poultry for you (allow 2 h beforehand).
