Holder of the ‘Écotable’ certification since 2023, Brasserie Bouillon Baratte works alongside us to achieve more responsible tourism.
Brasserie Bouillon Baratte’s commitment begins with ingredient sourcing and goes all the way to the plate, via the kitchens. Its menu includes fresh, seasonal and local produce (often organic), low-environmental-impact meat, vegetarian dishes and absolutely no endangered fish species.
