Bistrot de Venterol

Le Bistrot de Venterol welcomes its new owners Karine & Éric since June 18, 2020.

Karine, originally from Picardy, created her events agency Levents in 2002. She offers management and organization of Conventions and Seminars, with venue search. She knows how to listen, analyze needs and propose the best solutions to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Éric, born in Paris, was trained as an apprentice at Maxim's, then as a cook, then as a chef de personnel for caterers, and as a room manager in Parisian lounges for almost 30 years.

Karine & Éric decided to combine their professional experience by taking over the Bistrot. They have plenty of ideas for keeping the village alive: theme evenings, board games, old film screenings, tea dances, guinguettes, pétanque competitions, antique fairs, art exhibitions, local produce...

They want to take their customers on a journey through the beautiful old crockery and vintage music, as well as through Eric's intuitive cuisine.

They listen to their customers and know how to adapt to dietary constraints.
