We don't use bacon, we use smoked pork belly,
Homemade fries? Call them Fernandines! They're prepared every morning by our Fernands.
And why don't we use cheddar in our recipes? Because we're decidedly too French to use a non-French cheese. And yes, at Les Fernands, our cheeses will be French, made from raw milk and sourced directly from our artisan cheesemaker. PERIOD!
As for the meat, it arrives fresh in our workshops and stays that way! That's why we can offer you the cooking method that suits you best. Charolais or Limousin... it's impossible to make good hamburgers without the best meat breeds.
The sauces, designed by a chef, are handcrafted with one aim in mind: to make your hamburger even better.

Opening hours on Monday and Tuesday between 11.45 am and 2.15 pm and between 6 pm and 10 pm. On Wednesday and Sunday between 11.45 am and 2.15 pm and between 5 pm and 10 pm. On Thursday and Friday between 11.45 am and 2.15 pm and between 5 pm and 10.30 pm. On Saturday between 11.45 am and 2 pm and between 4 pm and 10.30 pm.
