The Best Western Kobalt, a family-run 3-star air-conditioned hotel fully renovated in spring 2024, is ideally located in the Grand Epagny shopping area. A true strategic point for both business and leisure stays.
With a large underground car park and an outdoor car park close to the main roads and motorways, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the town centre, which is also served by public transport. The first ski resorts, such as La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, are 30 minutes away, while Chamonix and Mont-Blanc are 1 hour away.
Several room categories to suit you: Double, Twin, Triple or Family. Good to know, some triples are communicating, ideal for large tribes or groups of friends. Perfectly equipped with a 50’ TV with Chromecast, the rooms have modern bathrooms, large showers, backlit and anti-fog tactile mirrors and hairdryers.
Our breakfast is a full buffet, varied and made up of fresh and local products for the most part. You can choose from a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as pastries, bread, local cheeses, homemade cakes, scrambled or fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes and crepes.

After 15 years spent in Paris and Berlin, we settled in Epagny Metz-Tessy!
Driven by the desire to build an entrepreneurial story that blends hospitality, customer service and tourism, it was within the French Best Western cooperative that we chose to develop the Kobalt.
The Best Western Kobalt, a setting in which we love to welcome our customers with the high standards, comfort and service we create every day, accompanied and supported by an incredible, multi-talented team who take great care of us, from morning to night, and from evening to morning.
Sustainable tourism
At Best Western, we are attentive to all parameters that can contribute in any way to the preservation of resources.
In the process of obtaining Green Key certification, we have implemented a number of measures:
-No individually wrapped items at breakfast.
-Returnable glass: from beer and soda bottles to yoghurt pots, we return them to the producers.
-Local sourcing for cheese, honey, yoghurt and fruit.
-Green touch: if you don't want your towels replaced every day, hang them up.
-We have installed body/hair gel dispensers instead of individual soaps to limit waste. What's more, our range is eco-labeled and vegan.
-100% LED lighting

-Provision of a filtered water fountain instead of individual water bottles in the room
Maximum use of natural, chemical-free products for room cleaning, eco-labeled products.
