The only profitable Nordic site in France, thanks in particular to its complementarity with Val Cenis and the other resorts in the area, Bessans dreams of Obertilliach, a village in the Austrian Tyrol, which is comparable in terms of Nordic facilities and a model in terms of hotels and charming accommodations. Summer and winter alike, Bessans is another world where another language is spoken, where the key words are mountaineering, running, climbing school, refuges, ice climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, hiking and ski touring...A fascinating world but so well connected, since it is only 40 minutes away from the highway and even less, by free shuttle, from the alpine resorts which surround it. Bessans is a natural reserve of authenticity, naturalness, oxygen, energy...
