This workshop is open to everyone, even beginners.

Programme for the day:
We'll cover a general introduction to beer brewing and the choice of brewing recipe.
We will then move on to malt crushing, mashing, wort filtration, boiling and hopping.
We'll finish with cleaning, disinfection, cooling and fermentation.
For lunch, bring a packed lunch. A beer tasting session will be offered.
You can collect your beer (12x33cl = 4L) from the brewery 5 weeks later.

The brewing workshop is offered throughout the year on Saturday mornings and according to availability.
