The property overlooks Lit au Roi and stretches over a vast area that encourages biodiversity, with its permaculture vegetable garden, ponds and orchard. It's a place where values can be shared, particularly through courses focusing on well-being and nature.
The estate comprises two structures:
The main house :
- 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have an extra bed for one or two young children (each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet).
-1 family room with a 160cm double bed and 2 bunk beds for children
- 1 dormitory for 6 people divided into 3 semi-private alcoves (shared bathroom and toilet facilities).
- 1 35m² training room.
- 1 120m² training room.
- Library room with antique fireplace available.

The barn :
- 1 double room with an extra bed (private bathroom and toilet).
- Breakfast included.
- Evening meals on request only.
Training centre :
Racine perchée, with its wooded park and activity rooms, is the ideal place to organise training courses in a variety of fields, such as well-being, personal development, walking or cycling outings, arts and crafts courses. Several activity rooms are available for hire if you want to organise a course for a group of up to 14 people
- The Sequoia Room: Located on the top floor of the main house. With its 2 large cathedral windows, it offers a magnificent view to the east over the surrounding mountains. With a surface area of 120m2, it is ideal for yoga, qi gong, singing, painting and other workshops. It is exceptionally bright.
- The Winter Jasmine Room: Completely renovated, this light-filled 36m2 room opens onto the terrace and doubles as a dining room during workshops. This room is perfect for day-long courses for small groups.
- Reception and herbal tea area: A herbal tea area is available, with the option of making yourself a hot drink for a relaxing break.
Sustainable tourism
As far as possible, we try to adopt an eco-responsible approach: ecological bedding, linen sheets, ecological cleaning products, home-cooked meals using raw, local, organic or sustainable produce, waste management.
