At an altitude of 850 m, the estate extends over 5 hectares. A 50 m2 room is available for courses, seminars and workshops. Come and discover and practice yoga, relaxation, meditation, Qi Gong, therapeutic fasting, biodynamic dance, holotropic breathing...
