45min from Grenoble and 1h30 from Lyon, between the plain of Valence, the foothills of the Vercors and Isère, Stéphanie welcomes you warmly and opens the doors of her guest house to you. We are here in the quiet little village of La Baume d'Hostun at the foot of the Vercors, access is quick and easy from the A49 (exit n°8 at 4min/2km) and from the Valence TGV station (20min). Equipped with a kitchenette and a terrace, the rooms are as practical for a stopover on the holiday route as they are comfortable for a weekend or a longer stay. Within a radius of 20km: Marques avenues and the shoe museum of Romans-sur-Isère, the abbey and the medieval streets of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, the hanging houses of Pont-en-Royans, the paddle boat and the cave of Thaïs in Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans, the garden of the petrifying fountains of La Sône. The Vercors plateau is not far with its roads and passes with panoramic and fabulous views.

B&B Cozy Emotions is a guest house with 2 private rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Comfortable and charming atmospheres await you. The rooms are located in an outbuilding of our house. On the ground floor: the COZY bedroom (queen size bed 160x200cm) with shower room/wc (walk-in shower), television, kitchenette, private terrace. Upstairs: the EMOTIONS bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm) with shower room/wc, television, kitchenette, private balcony/terrace (12m²). The yard is closed. Public car park at 50m. For your breakfast Stéphanie offers you the deposit of a nice gourmet and generous basket. On request, possibility of accessing the area where our horses, goats, chickens and dogs enjoy their lives.
