The Robert Jalicot lake to the north is dedicated to fishing.
The ponds of Saint-Germain-des-Fossés are located in the heart of the Allier river basin. They were created by the Jalicot company to exploit the gravel left by the Allier river. These vast expanses create a timeless, bucolic environment, with an unobstructed view of the banks of the Mourgon and the Church of Saint-Germain-des-Fossés.
The Marcel Jalicot lake to the south is dedicated to water sports activities.
To the south of the leisure park, a lawn reaches the water to enjoy the panoramic view of the water-based activities on offer from June onwards, or from a contemplative pontoon on the dike. A nautical zone with a wooden pontoon allows pedalos, kayaks, water bikes and paddles to enjoy the water for an initiation or a stroll in the heart of nature. A food truck and sanitary facilities enable walkers on the Via Allier to make a welcome stopover halfway between Vichy and Billy, and visitors to enjoy water sports in a sustainable way. The company Ô Plan d'eau manages this relaxing area in fine weather, and offers events throughout the season (information on 07 49 35 68 11).
