The Baptiste distillery offers eaux de vie and rhums. Four stills. Distillation and fermentation are made on site with local and/or organic products. Created in 2017 in Valence, the distillery is now established in the Cantal county since 2019. Selection of fruits, wines, beers and treacles. Natural aging in wooden barrels (oak, acacia).
