- Ticket office: Guided tours, events, tourist sites (Lemptégy-grotte de la pierre de Volvic, Panoramique des Dômes and Vulcania), tickets for shows, concerts and conferences.
- Fishing cards for Lac d'Aydat and Lac de la Cassière.

What to see and do around the Tourist Office?
A trip to Lac d'Aydat is a relaxing change of scenery, with walks and sporting activities on the water, around the lake, in the forest or between the puys! Not forgetting, of course, the gourmet breaks.

Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday.
Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

From 01/05 to 30/06, daily.
Closed exceptionally on May 1st.
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm.
Weekends and public holidays from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

From 01/07 to 31/08, daily.
Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 7pm
Sundays and public holidays from 10am to 6pm.

From 01/09 to 30/09, daily.
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5.30pm.
Weekends and public holidays from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

From 01/10 to 31/03, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
Open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm
