Sit at your table facing the Alps, and your visit becomes an intriguing experience, a culinary journey where each dish is a new stop. There's no set menu here, just a 4 or 7-course menu that changes daily according to the chef's inspirations and new arrivals. Using fresh produce and his own creative whims, the chef invites you to enjoy a host of epicurean surprises.

His modern cuisine, which celebrates the Savoyard region, also blends more daring flavors brought back from travel, creating a harmony between local produce and exotic influences.

Local produce from the Chamonix area is given pride of place, with a preference for fresh and homemade. Vegetables are elevated to star status, sometimes even taking center stage on the plate, highlighting the local approach and seasonality. From fish from the surrounding lakes to regional cheeses, our gourmet restaurant offers a selection of the finest local produce, celebrating the richness of the terroir.

The gastronomic restaurant "La Table" offers two food/wine pairings on every menu. One focuses on Alpine grape varieties, from Piedmont to Valais, via Savoy and Switzerland, allowing you to discover regional wines. The other focuses on more traditional French domains, such as Burgundy and Rhône Valley wines.

The chef is passionate about indigenous grape varieties, and sometimes dishes are designed around a particular cuvée he wishes to highlight. Exploring France and the world, the restaurant's 300-strong wine list includes a fine selection of Savoie wines. The perfect place for wine discoveries.
