Auberge de Larina
Annoisin-Chatelans
Ideally situated between Crémieu, the Larina archaeological site and the Grottes de la Balme, the restaurant is housed in a renovated former farmhouse. You can enjoy the fireplace in winter or the shady terrace in fine weather.
The Lauze museum, which can be seen inside the restaurant, is a useful addition to your visit. You can learn more about this local stone and the particular architecture associated with it, as represented by the inn and the village houses.
The menu features typical regional dishes such as gratin dauphinois, or ravioles with porcini mushrooms and Annoisin goat's cheese.
Don't miss the Larina-style frogs' legs: marinated in white wine and herbs, they are served lightly breaded with reworked parsley.
The chef also invites you to discover Portuguese cuisine during special weekends, the dates of which can be found on our Facebook page.
Having travelled throughout Europe and learnt from chefs from different cultures, Miguel and his team offer you fine, tasty cuisine, with accents of French terroir flavoured by their experience abroad.
