Auberge de Clochemerle
Vaux-en-Beaujolais
The Auberge de Clochemerle is located 15 km from Villefranche and 45 km from Lyon, in the heart of the village Vaux en Beaujolais, made famous by Gabriel Chevallier's novel.
Delphine and Romain aim to make their restaurant a place where food lovers can discover and experience the pleasures of fine French cuisine.
Delphine is passionate about wine and will be more than happy to share her knowledge and recommend a bottle. Her wine menu includes fine vintages and also highlights less well-known local wines.
Reserved, smiling and friendly, Chef Romain Brathe serves full-flavoured cuisine that is classical, refined and respects the ingredients used.
Offering a superb location to hold seminars, the Auberge de Clochemerle has all the assets you will need to be productive. It is also available to hold family meals, weddings and special events.
