The Au Roman du Vercors restaurant in Beauvoir-en-Royans is a dream-come-true for my wife Isabelle and I. We created this restaurant because we wanted to share our passion and the pleasure of great food, in a welcoming place that really reflects who we are. I am always inspired by this fascinating profession and by the professionals of the industry I am lucky to meet.

Opening hours on Wednesday and Sunday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm and between 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.
