9:30 am: Welcome at the Ferme de la Correrie in AILLON-LE-JEUNE

Group split into 3 activities.
* Group 1: Hike around the village to discover the natural environment of Bauju: the forest, animals, flora, mountains, washhouses, habitat...
* Group 2: Discovery of Sylvie and Philippe's farm: visit of the farm, discovery of the cows, goats and donkeys, the milking machine, the production room, the cellar with all its cheeses.
* Group 3: Discovery of donkeys and their management:
- The history of working with donkeys.
- The language of donkeys, with their ears.
- Safety instructions.
- Preparation and packing of the donkey: brushing, use of saddlebags to carry bags...
Each child takes turns leading the donkey.

11 a.m.: Reversal of groups.

12:30 p.m.: Packed lunch. At the end of the meal, we'll be lulled to sleep by tales and legends on the theme of mountain pastures.

1:30 pm: Reversal of groups

3:00 pm: Tyrolean packed lunch with local stories. Return to the bus.

3:45 pm: Debriefing and departure.
Possibility of buying cheese on site.

If there is only one class, the class will be split into two groups with the discovery of the farm and the donkey workshop.
