You'll want to munch on these local flavors and preserve them... Just the thing. You'll take part in an on-site lacto-fermentation workshop. What's that? It's a method of preserving food by the action of salt, as in the case of sauerkraut cabbage, for example. So there's no lactose in lacto! Learn about the principles of preservation with a quiz, taste lacto-fermented preparations and follow our tips for everyday vegetable cooking. Leave with your own jar!
