Description

Distillation workshop and craft production. Mr. Pernet realized a childhood dream to create a distillation workshop that revives an old tradition inherited from a complex skill that gives rise to alcoholic beverages such as booze , brandy and liqueur . The creativity of the distillation has no limit: apples, pears, plums, figs and even pineapple !

Create your own unique production: bring your fermented fruit to be distilled and bottled (by appointment, tel.).

Sustainable tourism

As part of an environmental project, we have set ourselves the goal of zero waste. Soon, we'll be able to process all our waste in any form whatsoever:
Ash
straw
Distilled fruit
and also recycle the water used to cool the coils.

Host portrait

I've been an artisan distiller and liqueur-maker for 10 years. In my workshop, I offer distillation discovery activities, a return to fresh taste. I offer discovery/tasting workshops around stills, whether for drinks or food, everything that makes my job so rich. I do everything I can to share my passion for distillation.
