As the afternoon progresses, you'll take a stroll around the village, discovering the edible and medicinal plants of Savoie.
The cucumber-scented salad burnet, the bitterness of gentian or the almond taste of meadowsweet...
Your guide, a specialist passionately interested in wild mountain plants, will teach you how to recognise them and collect them without risk to the environment.
Anecdotes and discussions on how they are used in the preparation of dishes and desserts, as well as their medicinal virtues.
From 18/05 to 26/10/2024, every Saturday between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Subject to favorable weather.
