54m² gîte fitted out on the ground floor of the owners'beautiful chalet also comprising 3 guest rooms. Common entrance, access by a few steps (internal staircase).
Equipped kitchen, beautiful living room which can be transformed according to your needs into a sleeping area (pull-out sofa bed 2x80cm + 1 90x190cm bed), dining area, TV, DVD player, French window leading to the private terrace. Bedroom (1 140x190cm bed, terrace access), bathroom with shower, separate wc.
Sheets, household linen and toiletries provided. WiFi internet access. Shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) accessible directly from the gîte. Common ski room.
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Courtyard, parking on the property. Garden / land.
On site, possibility of bread and brioche making courses, alpine treks with house donkeys, toboggan run, snowshoes, guide. Equestrian and bikers welcome.
Ski aux Habères 10km, Hirmentaz / Bellevaux 12km, cross-country skiing at Col duu 2km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, spa town 12km, Evian-Les-Bains, golf 20km. Many hikes and walks from the cottage.
