The residence Les Balcons de Val-Cenis Village**** is ideally located in the charming resort of Val-Cenis Lanslevillard and in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes.

The residence is composed of 120 flats, spread over 9 chalets with a Savoyard look. Each apartment has a balcony with a view of the village, the Dent Parrachée or the ski slopes.

The flats are comfortable and spacious and have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, traditional oven and microwave, 4 hotplates. There is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
