If you don't like group classes, Linaë also has a cardio studio! Whether you're looking to sculpt, reshape, maintain or unwind, this is the place for you. A Panatta-equipped cardio gym with an RPM studio!

CARDIO PLATEAU / RPMLESMILLS CLASSES
Do you like to work out when you want, when your schedule allows? We've got a wide range of classes to suit all tastes. Our set is divided into two parts
Panatta cardio and strength training equipment, fully equipped with guided and free-load machines to work every part of the body. Come and meet our coaches for a personalized assessment, so that together we can achieve your goals.
Equipment available: bicycles, elliptical bikes, rowing machines, treadmills, inserts, espaliers, TRX suspension training courses, punching balls, weights, etc.
We also have the exclusive Slimbelly slimming concept, whose membership includes access to the cardio room.


FITNESS CLASSES
Dynamic, friendly classes taught by our Lesmills-certified instructors in a modern atmosphere.
Yoga, BodyAttack, Ecole du dos, BodyBalance, BodyJam, pilates, pilates prevention dos, body pump, Circuit Training, RPM, CAF, etc... check out our schedule!
