Guided tour of the Maison du Fromage Abondance (1h30): thanks to a 9-step sensory tour that's both fun and scientific, students will learn all about the special characteristics of Abondance cheese. On the program: immersion in an exceptional territory, discovery of traditions, know-how, cow breeds, milk properties, production stages, labels, and closing the visit with a tasting of Abondance cheese, of course!
Guided tour of the hamlet of Charmy (1h30): in the heart of the hamlet, students will discover the traditional habitat and way of life in a mountain environment: its houses, its chapel... Geography, building materials, spatial organization, vernacular heritage and intangible heritage are all themes that will be addressed.
