Description

Châteauneuf is a rural commune located in the Sioule Valley. Its thermal activity has been practiced since Antiquity. Its hot springs have very interesting therapeutic properties in rheumatology: analgesic, disinfiltrating, anti-fluxionary. They treat all osteoarticular pathologies. Its activities have diversified with wellness treatments and the creation of a SPA on the terrace on the roof of the thermal baths.
Well-being* & fitness* services are available in the mornings from Tuesday to Saturday, by appointment, remember to book in advance!

Ouverture

From 14/04 to 18/10/2025, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 7 am and 12.30 pm.

Tarifs

We offer 3-week cures approved by the CPAM - Booking required.
The amount covered is set by your health insurance fund.
Open to everyone aged 18 and over.
We also offer à la carte treatments or packages of 1 to 6 days, with or without a doctor's prescription, to discover the benefits of our thermal waters.

We also offer the ‘thermal week’, the little sister of the standard cure (6 days, 4 water treatments per day - without physiotherapist) price: €290
