We welcome you in an old mill converted into a group gite.
Cousinades, birthdays, weddings, business seminars, school trips, reunions of all kinds... Here, in the peace and quiet of the countryside, you can get together without disturbing anyone, and no one will disturb you!
Inside the group gite, you'll find :
- On the ground floor: a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a bar, a lounge area with a stove, and a large multi-purpose room (for your festive evenings, professional meetings or seminars...). A communal kitchen is available for hire (if you want to cook a lot).
- On the first floor, there are 9 rooms with shared sanitary facilities (7 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quadruple room), a dormitory with 14 single beds (shared sanitary facilities), and a flat with one double room and one triple room (separate sanitary facilities).
The flat (maximum capacity 5 people) can be rented on its own when the whole group gîte is not let.
Outside the group gite, you'll find :
- A large outdoor esplanade where you can enjoy an aperitif or a meal on the terrace, have a barbecue (a large barbecue is available), play pétanque under the plane trees, organise big games...
- A vast site with an area suitable for camping.
- A river runs below the property, so you can take a dip very easily.
- The group gite is located 1.5 km from the centre of Vernoux-en-Vivarais village, where you'll find all the local shops and services, a lake, an indoor swimming pool, hiking trails...
Linen hire (duvet, duvet cover and towel): €10 per person for the stay. Fitted sheets, pillowcases and blankets are provided.
Several rental options are available:
- Self-catering.
- A la carte meals available on reservation (home cooking, organic and local produce): breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner.
- Half-board option (breakfast and dinner), for stays of at least 2 nights and groups of at least 25 adults.
- Full board option (breakfast, picnic or lunch, and dinner), for stays of at least 2 nights and groups of at least 25 adults.
We offer turnkey packages for business stays and school stays:

Tarifs
Half board (pp): 32 to 53 € (half-board for minimum 2 nights and a group of 25 adults minimum: €53 per adult, €32 per child (under 10))
Full board (pp): 45 to 62 € (full board for minimum 2 nights and a group of 25 adults minimum: €62 per adult, €45 per child (under 10))
1 week: 3,500 € (free-management accommodation for 40 people)
Week-end: 1,650 to 1,750 € (free-management accomadation : €1650 for 2 nights from November to March, €1750 for 2 nights from April to October, €2100 for 3 nights.).
A la carte meals by reservation:
- Breakfast: €7 per adult, €4 per child (under 10).
- Brunch: €16 per adult, €12 per child (under 10).
- Lunch: €17 per adult, €11 per child (under 10).
- Dinner: €21 per adult, €13 per child (under 10).
Linen hire (sheets, towels): €10 per person for the stay.
