Chef Valentino's exquisitely flavoured restaurant, pizzeria, wok and sushi, crêpes, Belgian waffles, snack bar, self-service restaurant, sunny terraces... the various areas cater for hungry skiers in a hurry as well as gourmets. Not to be missed: the lounge bar with DJ stage, the festive après-ski atmosphere, the Festi'Val Tho every March, and the igloo village for unusual moments.

In a warm and elegant mountain setting, his dishes combine the creativity of a chef rooted in his Italian roots but open to the world. From seafood to Simenthal beef, Savoyard specialities and traditional recipes, the result is a generous, gourmet cuisine, sublimated by a love of good produce.
