Description

Bessans, in Haute Maurienne Vanoise, hosts the Biathlon Contest at the Stade International de Biathlon.
The summer event, which takes place every year on the Bessans Nordic site, features a line-up of international biathletes and the best French committees.
The show promises to be spectacular, with direct shooting confrontations between the biathletes present.
With initiations, entertainment and a biathlon show: a great event to try out biathlon in "summer" mode and meet France's top athletes.

11:30am-12pm - Shooting trials Mass-start U15 and + M/W
12:10 p.m. - Mass start men U17 and over
12:30 pm - Mass start women U17 and +

1 p.m. - Mass start U15 men
1:20 p.m. - Mass start U15 women
13h50 - Mass start prize-giving ceremony

>> 2.30pm - 4.20pm: Shooting challenges
2.30pm - 2.50pm: Shooting challenges U17 and + M/W
3pm - 4pm: Shooting challenges

>> 4.10pm: Shooting Challenge prize-giving ceremony
>> 16h20 : Meeting with the athletes

- Refreshment bar and Food Trucks

- Some events will be subject to a fee and reservation

Miscellaneous information:
The Tour de l'avenir will also be passing through on August 22, with :
- Start of the Tour de l'Avenir Femme at 1:00 pm (Place de la Mairie)
- Men's Tour de l'Avenir at 3:03pm

Paying activities (Registration at the Tourist Office) :

- 50m shooting: 10€/pers
