This New Year Concert’s guest of honour is Jacques Offenbach, the master of musical and eloquent comedy. This composer has a unique way with words and notes, with which he depicts humorous, loving portraits of his contemporaries, making fun of their flaws, satirising them with glee. Enjoy a light-hearted evening with the Lyon Opera Orchestra and Benjamin Lévy to start off the new year with joy and enthusiasm.
