At an altitude of 1600 m, this charming 55m2 F2 apartment is located on the first floor of the authentic "Marius barn", with a small adjoining garden, and can accommodate 4 people. Comprising a single bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, a single bed that doubles as a sofa in the living room and a convertible 2-seater sofa, and a fully-equipped kitchen to let you experience the authentic. For the ultimate in modern comfort, you'll have access to (Wifi, power shower, washing machine).
Situated at the foot of the Aiguilles d'Arves mountain range, at the crossroads of numerous hiking trails for all levels, and 10 minutes from the Col du Mollard and its lake, this is an ideal stopover for hiking, biking and nature lovers. Come and enjoy the fresh air, calm and simplicity of a small hamlet of mountain diehards, while benefiting from all amenities just a 15-minute drive away (restaurant, grocery store, bakery, artisanal cheese shop, pharmacy, leisure activities...).
