Equipment for high-altitude hiking:
- one rucksack per person: in this rucksack, put the supplies for the hike and a change of clothes.
- Groceries per person: water bottle, food for the hike, cereal bars, dried fruit, bread, cold cuts.
- Individual equipment: walking shoes, poles recommended, rain jacket, sweater, spare T-shirt, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen.
A meeting will be held before your departure, at the end of the day on the Sunday preceding the date of the climb. The venue will be communicated to you when you register.
