Beginners:
A first session dedicated to riding technique in the mountains and in the Bike Park, changing gear, braking, correct positioning of your body when you are standing on the bike.

Improving your skills:
First session dedicated to being back on the bike, positioning, braking, turning and jumps.

Our courses will allow you to improve your skills quite safely, with several activities on the programme:

Bike Park with banked turns
Crossings, jumps and acceleration
Pump Track and how to keep going without pedalling
Freeride and discovering the mountain off the trails
Introduction to jumping in safety on our private Airbag
